Completed in May 2003, this 7-story, 265,000 square foot development on the west side of Kettner Boulevard between Date and Fir streets includes a 121-unit condominium project with 7,000sf of retail. The project includes a 66-unit, 8-story loft building with 8 shopkeeper units and a 55-unit, 4-story town home building. As a landmark to the project, the developer restored an historic building and clock tower for retail space.
