Description: |
The $20 million, seven-level, 400,000-square-foot parking structure is the largest construction project by the Centre City Development Corporation Redevelopment Agency, located on the block bounded by Sixth and Seventh avenues and K and L streets in San Diego. Adjacent to PETCO Park and the 512-room Omni Hotel, it contains 1,230 parking spaces (230 basement-level spaces are reserved for the Omni Hotel) and 13,500 square feet of ground floor retail space. Structurally, it included 12,341 cubic yards of poured concrete and 34,000 lineal feet of post-tension cables. |
